TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


*Please read these below mentioned terms and conditions that are going to be applied on you and/or your shipment.
Dear Valued Customer, as a condition of shipping, you agree to the below mentioned statements regarding your parcel(s)/shipment(s). You agree to the fact that the shipping companies like us are only responsible for delivering your shipments to the address/person provided by you. Eliya CLC (Pvt.), herby, informs you that we only charge you for delivering your parcel to the country/person of your choice; keep in mind that the destination country’s laws are applied on your shipments which might ask the consignee to pay the custom duties, do the customs clearance and pay the taxes as per the law of that country. Moreover, we advise you be cautious regarding your shipment if you believe it contains expensive items or breakable items you must pay for the insurance charges too. We only charge you the shipping charges and fulfil our responsibility by packing your parcel(s) very carefully. By any means, if your parcel(s)/shipment(s) get damaged, file a complaint/claim at the company that delivered your package within 7-days of delivery otherwise your complaint/claim will not be acceptable, be assured that we will support your complaint/claim from our side. Similarly, for complaining you need to provide proofs in the form of video (which you must shoot while opening your parcel(s)).

 PROHIBITED ITEMS:
  1. Liquid (in any form) | 2. Jewelry (original gold, antiques or precious stones) | 3. Drugs or Medicines
  2. Coins, currency notes, credit cards & cheques. | 5. Firearms, weaponry, their parts & ammunitions.
  3. Counterfeit & pirated goods (including CDs & DVDs) | 7. Items that may endanger health or safety of other items. | 8. Branded items (Adidas & Nike et cetera) CARGO FLIGHT ISSUES:
    As a shipper, you agree to the fact that weather conditions, governmental activities or flight’s technical issues can, unexpectedly, hinder the estimated delivery date promise. Therefore, please be patient if such issues are raised as they are beyond our jurisdiction BUT we assure you that your parcel(s)/shipment(s) will be delivered safely at the latest delivery date provided by the higher authorities.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Please bear in mind that after submitting your parcel(s)/item(s) to us for dispatching towards its destination, you are advised to, at least, pay 50% of your shipment charges. For the other 50% of your payment, you can have 7-days’ time. If you did not pay the complete shipping charges within the mentioned timeframe, your shipment will be held on hold which will then postpone the delivery date. Moreover, no complaints will be accepted if the payment has not been finalized.
